PHJOIN's Terms & Conditions In Plain and Simple Language

Before you register with PHJOIN, please take time to read through all the conditions below. By using the platform, you are confirming that you fully accept and agree to everything stated here.

Minimum Age Requirement

To register with PHJOIN, you must be at least 21 years old. We may ask you to present a valid government-issued ID at any time to verify your age. If we discover an account belonging to a player below 21, that account will be closed right away and all balances attached to it may be forfeited.

Single Account Per Player

Each person, household, or IP address is allowed only one PHJOIN account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly forbidden. If we find duplicate accounts, every single one of them will be closed and all linked balances will be forfeited.

Providing Accurate Information

When registering, you have to provide your correct full name, date of birth, address, and mobile number. If you give any wrong or misleading details, PHJOIN holds the right to cancel your account at any time.

• Creating a PHJOIN account is completely free. We do not charge any hidden fees or extra costs during signup.
• You need a valid mobile number and an active email address to finish your PHJOIN registration.
• Your PHJOIN account is for your personal use only. You may not share or allow anyone else to use your account.
• Keep your password to yourself. PHJOIN will not be responsible if your password gets leaked or shared.

Your PHJOIN account is a personal asset. Protecting it and using it properly is your responsibility.

Account Security

Keep your username and password confidential. Never give other people access to your account. If you suspect hacking or unauthorized access, tell our support team right away.

Account Verification (KYC)

For security reasons, PHJOIN may verify your identity anytime. You may need to send a copy of your government-issued ID, passport, or driver's license. Until you pass verification, some account features could be limited.

Closing Your Account

You can ask to close your account through support anytime. Before it closes, withdraw your remaining balance. PHJOIN can also close your account if you break the terms.

All payments on PHJOIN are clear and safe. The rules below cover deposits, withdrawals, daily limits, and processing times. All amounts are in Philippine Pesos (₱).

Withdrawal Terms

• Complete verification is required before you can request a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only go to a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Bonus winnings must satisfy the wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• When a transaction is flagged as suspicious, PHJOIN may hold your withdrawal until the necessary verification steps are completed.
• You may submit up to three (3) withdrawal requests within any 24-hour period.

Welcome Bonus

New members get a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to ₱5,000. A minimum deposit of ₱100 is needed to qualify, and you must be at least 21 years old to claim this offer.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement. Typically, you need to wager the bonus amount five (5) times before you can cash out. Please note that different games contribute differently toward meeting the requirement.

Important Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per person, household, or IP address.
• Deposits made while a bonus is active will be merged with the bonus and must meet the same wagering requirement.
• PHJOIN reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus credited to the affected account will be voided.

Fair Play Obligations

Technical Issues

If a technical issue occurs during a game, the round outcome will be determined using PHJOIN’s server logs. PHJOIN is not responsible for any loss caused by an internet disconnection.

Betting Limits

• Every game has designated minimum and maximum bet limits, so take a moment to review them before you play.
• If a bet outside the limit is accepted due to a system error, PHJOIN has the right to cancel it.
• Once a game round starts, bets can no longer be changed or cancelled.

PHJOIN is committed to keeping the platform safe and fair for every player. The activities listed below are strictly banned, and any player caught doing them will have their account permanently closed.

• Multiple Accounts: Holding or managing more than one PHJOIN account as the same individual.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting system loopholes to unfairly collect bonuses.
• Money Laundering: Using PHJOIN to launder money from illegal sources.
• Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to PHJOIN systems or other players’ accounts.
• Fraudulent conduct: Trying to gain an unfair benefit by giving the platform false or misleading details is considered a serious violation.
• Chargeback abuse: Submitting groundless chargeback requests to the payment provider does not only break our rules, it may also be treated as a legal matter.
• Bot usage: Playing games by relying on automated software, bots, or any form of scripting tool is strictly not allowed. All moves should come from the player themselves.
• Collusion: Secretly cooperating with other players to outsmart the system and secure an unfair edge is a clear form of cheating.

If PHJOIN discovers any of the abovementioned violations, we reserve the right to hand over all relevant information to the appropriate law enforcement agencies without prior notice.

The entire PHJOIN platform, including its website, app, games, logo, graphics, soundtracks, and every other piece of content, is owned by us under intellectual property laws. Unless we give written permission, nobody is allowed to copy, change, or share these assets.

• The PHJOIN logo and brand name should not be used for any commercial activity unless you get our clear go-ahead first.
• Content that is downloaded from the platform may never be given, sold, or passed along to another person or organization.
• No one may carry out any false claims or run any promotional campaign using the PHJOIN name.

PHJOIN continues to aim for outstanding service on a daily basis. Even so, we must recognize that our liability is limited under certain circumstances.

• PHJOIN will not be held accountable for any loss or damage that comes from a disconnected or unstable internet link.
• If delays happen due to a third-party payment gateway, PHJOIN is not in a position to take responsibility for the inconvenience or any resulting loss.
• Losses that occur because of a player’s own negligence or failure to pay attention will not be covered by PHJOIN.
• Unexpected technical glitches may cause the service to pause temporarily, and this is not something PHJOIN can be held liable for.

PHJOIN has the right to revise these terms and conditions whenever we see fit. To notify players of changes, we will use the following ways:

• An official notice will be posted on the PHJOIN website itself.
• We’ll email you at the address on file whenever these terms are updated.
• For anything more critical, we’ll also send an SMS to your mobile number.

If you keep visiting PHJOIN after the revised terms go live, it means you automatically agree to the new ones.

PHJOIN promises to settle every dispute quickly and fairly. If you ever run into a problem, just follow the steps below.
